Hire job-ready candidates who need work experience and skills enhancement. We provide financial support to employers who hire and train eligible candidates, covering up to 50% of new employee wages for up to 24 weeks. 

Post-placement supports are also provided, such as check-ins to review progress and job coaches to assist with orientation and support.  


We help you find workers, eliminate hiring and training costs and even hire seasonally. Job seekers gain valuable work experience and improve their skills by working in a relevant employment environment.
